Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
My hope is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals, couples, and families to explore their emotions, improve their communication skills, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. I want to empower my clients to navigate through difficult times, resolve conflicts, and build fulfilling relationships. Witnessing the transformative power of therapy through my own personal experience, I want to provide a space for people to explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges by meeting them where they are. After seeing the effects of head injuries during my many years of playing competitive soccer, my desire to help others grew. This led me to pursue a career and education in counseling. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Pre-Counseling with a minor in Family and Community Services from Oklahoma Baptist University. I’m currently pursuing my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Wesleyan University and will graduate in the Spring of 2024.
My goal is to facilitate personal growth and healing through a collaborative approach. I am committed to empowering individuals to find their own solutions, gain self-awareness, and make meaningful changes in their lives. The constant growth and learning that comes with being a marriage and family therapist excites me, as I am committed to honing my skills and staying current with the latest research and therapeutic techniques. I am passionate about helping people navigate the complexities of life, promoting healthy relationships, and supporting individuals and families in their journey towards personal growth and happiness.
