Olivia Fellers
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their emotions, improve communication, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. I am passionate about empowering clients to navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
My personal journey with therapy has been transformative, especially as I navigated the effects of head injuries during my years as a competitive soccer player. This experience deepened my desire to help others and led me to pursue a career in counseling. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Family and Community Services from Oklahoma Baptist University, as well as a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Wesleyan University.
In addition to my educational background, I am EMDR-trained and offer a flexible, individualized approach to therapy. I work with a wide range of clients, including children, teens, adults, couples, and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship struggles, and life transitions.
I believe in a collaborative approach, where we work together to uncover solutions, build self-awareness, and foster meaningful change. My mission is to support personal growth, healing, and the development of healthy relationships.
Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, playing games, completing puzzles, and spending quality time with my family.
