Licensed Professional Counselor

Life can be amazing, difficult, and everything in between. No matter where someone is in their journey, I believe every individual has their own unique story—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you, offering empathy, insight, and support.

From a young age, I was drawn to understanding relationships and human behavior, which naturally inspired my path into counseling. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Midwestern State University, I am a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) through IBCCES.

I have particular experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and helping them build cognitive and social skills. As a Certified Autism Specialist, I bring specialized knowledge and skills in autism—covering behavior modification, social skills, Emotional regulation, parent communication, and related comorbidities like ADHD and anxiety. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate ADHD, autism, behavioral challenges and life transitions.

I tailor therapy to each person’s needs, avoiding a “one-size-fits-all” approach. I offer Neurofeedback Therapy and integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems, play therapy, art therapy, and Experiential Therapy. My goal is to foster a safe, trusting environment that supports relational, cognitive, and emotional growth. I aim to develop a strong therapeutic relationship, and to provide beneficial and creative resources and techniques to help you reach your goals.

Drawing from personal and professional experience—such as experiencing big life changes, infertility and witnessing firsthand the challenges of developmental and behavioral disorders—I am deeply committed to guiding individuals and families through mundane days, celebrations, and struggles.
