Welcome!

If you are looking for a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering refuge where you can. work with a compassionate and skilled guide to fan your flicker of courage and hope into a fire that fuels change and healing, let’s get to know each other. Perhaps you’re feeling devastated and derailed, you’ve drifted onto a path that leads somewhere you don’t want to go, or you need a safe harbor to explore choices and navigate challenges during a season of uncertainty or change. People describe me as warm and collaborative, and I’ll ask tough questions and dive deep to help you reprocess pain and restructure problematic patterns in your heart, mind, body, spirit, environment and relationships.

I have personally benefited from individual, couple, family, and group therapy, so I respect the bravery required to seek wise counsel. With a B.S. in Business Administration, (Organizational Behavior), a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, (concentration in the treatment of trauma), and experience in the technology and fitness industries, marriage ministry, community mental health, and private practice, I embrace complexity and change while pursuing progress. I am EMDR trained and continue to see advanced experiential trauma training to enhance my work with individuals, couples, families, and groups facing complex challenges, (including depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues,, parenting, domestic and dating violence, sexual abuse and assault, grief, complex trauma, etc.). I’ve also been a wife for 23 years and a mom for 20 years.

I don’t believe in a “cookie cutter approach” and will respect your unique journey to craft a customized, solution-oriented approach based on evidence-based practices to address your needs and incorporate your values, culture, worldview, and faith. Using creative therapeutic experiences, we will set goals, activate and engage your strengths and resilience, pursue transformation, healing, and growth, and celebrate successes all the way.

You might laugh, cry, scream or sit in wonder, as I come alongside you to find and walk a hope-filled path that leads from where you are to where you want to be.
