The world is full of struggles and beauty. I am passionate about walking through life’s journey with individuals as they seek to walk in abundant life. It is important to me to create a safe and empowering space for people to explore, grow, and find healing. You were created for a purpose and I consider it an honor to walk through life’s struggles with you as you find peace, stronger relationships, new skills, and strength.
I have been blessed by many years of experience with children. I was an educator, consultant, and workshop leader for many years before being called into counseling. My passion is working with children, adolescents, parents, and families. I am EMDR and ETT trained. My husband and I walked through the journey of infertility for seven years and understood the pain associated. I believed that every path life takes us on God can be used for good. I have seen Him use the struggles in my life to not only grow me but offer encouragement, support, and guidance for others. I completed a Masters Degree in Licensed Professional Counseling at Amridge University and a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. My career in education has given me experience in walking through hardships with children and families. It is joy to watch families find healing, attachment, and peace together.
I have been blessed to be married to a wonderful man for over 20 years. We have twins that keep us busy and our hearts full. Our family enjoys hiking, traveling, and family movie nights. As a parent, I know the difficulties that arise in raising children. Each child is uniquely and wonderfully made. It is my passion to walk through the trials that are a part of life with children and parents while offering support and hope in the dark places.
