Life is full of surprises that sometime put our life out of alignment. I served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps and understand how major life transitions can happen in the blink of an eye.  My passion for service has led me to helping and coming alongside others and become my honor to assist my clients in the endeavor to improve all aspects of their lives. I aim to provide a safe non judgmental space to help you through some of your most personal and painful experiences. When it comes to seeking help, no problem is too big or too small.

My therapeutic background includes helping families, individuals, couples, and adolescents face some of life’s most challenging and traumatic situations. I experienced the benefits of counseling and the my own ability to overcome adversity and find healing through my own personal journey while serving in the military. I have a passion to assist military members and military families face difficulties such as separation from loved ones and stressors within the military culture. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Marriage Family Therapy at Texas Wesleyan University with a focus on Family Systems theory, I am trauma informed in my approach and seek to help individuals, children, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges to find healing and freedom.
